They say “Don’t do business with Family…” I disagree. The stakes are definitely higher, but so are the rewards! You must upgrade the whole parent-child relationship to become a peer to peer relationship. Best to start this process when kids are teenagers and the business ideas are low-risk, fun, and feel like play. And when you play well together, it is easier to work together.
